The great part about using the internet to communicate with people is the ability to take your time and think about what you need to say. Leaving a voice message on the phone means being short and to the point even when that is not possible.
I admit that my cell phone sometimes doesn’t get answered because I’m driving down the road or doing something else that requires my full attention.
Although I’d like to be able to respond at any time of the day or night when you are trying to reach me, sometimes I must get back with you at the first opportunity. Leaving me an email is a great way to make sure I get the message and that I have all the information I need to assist you.
